Since our inception in 1999 Jonathan Wood Associates has continued to deliver exceptional quality of service and excellence within the construction industry, specialising in façade consultancy, building surveying (compliance) and project management tailored to meet the different needs of our clients.

To date our client base continues to be diverse and includes developers, building owners, local authorities, main contractors, specialist contractors, architects and engineers.

Workload is varied and includes landmark, commercial, retail, office, residential and medical
construction projects.

We have a wealth of experience obtained from traditional building surveying practice combined with
in-depth working knowledge of contemporary construction methods, in particular our core business of auditing design and installation of modern building facades and complete building envelopes.
